Landon Harris

Financial Analyst

Landon Harris is a finance and real estate professional with experience in financial analysis, investment evaluation, and operational strategy. He currently serves as a Financial Analyst supporting financial modeling and investment analysis initiatives while leveraging a relationship-driven approach and strong analytical background across finance, real estate, and business operations.

Prior to joining EverLink Capital, Landon spent more than four years as a Real Estate Analyst, focusing on asset performance, market research, and operational analysis within the student housing sector, while also holding leasing, marketing, and property operations roles that helped drive occupancy growth and resident engagement.

Earlier in his career, he gained financial services experience through an internship with Baird’s Private Wealth Management division and worked as a Health Insurance Agent, further strengthening his communication, sales, and client advisory skills. Landon earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Middle Tennessee State University, and an Associate of Science in Pre-Physical Therapy Studies from Jackson State Community College.
